Eugene is a multi-disciplinary designer based in New York City.
He graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign BFA in Industrial Design.
He is expected to get his Master degree in Package Design from Pratt Institute in 2015.
He is also working as a senior design engineer at Yonwoo | PKG Group.

A brief email interview yields these facts:

“I envision the tea dispenser to be made by plastic injection molded components. It will function like a simple gum dispenser with a sliding action. Regarding the actual dissolvable pouch which contains the tea substrates. I envision it to be packaged with existing technology called MonoSol. Currently P&G Tide detergent dissolvable pouch.
